My Name Is Curtis

I am a qualified personal trainer with a passion for knowledge and learning, with an incredible insight into human anatomy to further my clients training in order to maximise their time spent in the gym.I believe no one should be scared to go to the gym, or to try something new, and I am ardent to help everyone to have the confidence in their own body; both strengths and weakness’. My goal is to help all my clients build functional strength through calisthenics and weight lifting, help lose body fat, and improve their overall health through the training that suits their goals.
