Shipping Policy
Physical Products
We ship all physical items such as apparel, fitness accessories, and equipment using trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (within your country): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at curtisjaydobson@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement when applicable.
Digital Sales (Programs, Consultations, Training Sessions)
Digital purchases are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping.
Delivery of Digital Products

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access via email or your account portal.

Consultations and training sessions will be delivered at the scheduled date and time.

Digital content (PDFs, videos, plans, etc.) is non-transferable and may not be shared or distributed.
Technical Issues
If you experience trouble accessing your digital purchase, please notify us within 48 hours and we will ensure you receive the correct files or access links.
Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Physical products may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we made an error (wrong item, defective item), we will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Due to the nature of digital fitness products and scheduled training services:
Digital Purchases

No returns or exchanges are accepted for digital downloads, online programs, or accessed content.
Training Sessions & Consultations

Purchased sessions, packages, and consultations are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions without proper notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Service Cancellation by Ourselves
If we must cancel a scheduled session due to an emergency, you will receive a full credit or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
