Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information shared during consultations or sessions is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties. Any information collected (such as name, contact details, or health background) is used solely for scheduling, fitness programming, and communication regarding your training.

We also prioritize your physical safety. All clients are required to disclose relevant medical information prior to training so our coaches can provide safe and effective sessions. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

Digital Sales

All online purchases, including consultations, training packages, and group session bookings, are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details on how to schedule or access your sessions.

Digital products and services (including online consultations and virtual training) are non-transferable and may not be shared with others. Unauthorized distribution or resale of digital materials is strictly prohibited.
