    We offer personalised fitness consultations, 1-on-1 personal training and small group training, generalised programs as well as programs tailored to your fitness level and goals.
  • How Do I Get Started?
    Start off by booking an initial consultation, during this we will discuss in depth goals, lifestyle, hobbies, fitness history and create a personalised fitness program tailored directly to you.
  • Do I Need To Be In Shape Before I Start Training?
    Not at all! I work with clients of all fitness levels regardless of their current abilities and create a training regime to their unique needs.
  • Where Are The Sessions Held?
    Sessions take place at my own private studio located at my home or can be held virtually if that better suits your personal needs.
  • What Happens During An Initial Consultation?
    During an initial consultation we will discuss your in depth goals, lifestyle, hobbies, fitness history and create a personalised fitness program tailored directly to you by undergoing various fitness tests. This helps to design a safe and effective program that will work for you.
  • How Long Does The Consultation Last?
    Initial consultations typically last from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes.
  • Is There A Fee For The Consultation
    Yes, the consultation fee is £25. However this is credited towards a full 30 minute evaluation on your individual goals, lifestyle, hobbies, fitness history followed by carrying out various fitness tests to assess your current abilities which is then used to design a safe and effective personalised programme tailored to your unique needs and goals, all included in the initial consultation fee.
