My name is Curtis Dobson

I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with a strong passion for calisthenics, powerlifting and bodybuilding style training with deep knowledge into Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition

Calisthenics is the heart of my teaching, helping you master bodyweight movements, building strength that transfers into every day life and sports

I create supportive, motivating and structured training sessions tailored to your unique goals, ability and mindset. it doesn't change a thing if your a beginner or an Olympic level athlete, each session is to your level!
